INTERREG NORTH-WEST EUROPE – AGRIWASTEVALUE: Implemented zero-waste cascading valorisation chain for the recovery of valuable products from agricultural residues 

Goals: To develop a circular economy and a value chain of new biobased products from agriwastes of the North-West Europe area (viticulture, arboriculture, etc.), into several sectors: nutraceuticals, cosmetics, chemicals, energy and agriculture.


Activities carried out by Eurasante:

  • In coordination with Valbiom and all the consortium, Eurasante will be co-responsible for the development of communication supports and tools, as well as the (co-)organisation of dissemination events. The mid-term event will take place during NutrEvent 2021 (October 2021, final dates and location tbd)
  • Mobilise and share project results towards its network of academics and companies from the agricultural, nutrition, nutraceutical and biotech sectors
  • Get in touch with companies through events and workshops, to collect their needs and gather feedbacks on products and processes resulting from Agriwastevalue
  • Provide expertise to partners in the field of nutraceutical and pharmaceutical innovation
